Terms
A clear commercial summary for Presenter Upload customers covering pricing, subscriptions, storage, presenter files and platform use.
Business use and authority
Presenter Upload is built for conference organisers, venues, agencies and event teams. The person creating or changing billing must be authorised to act for the organisation workspace.
Pricing currency
Presenter Upload charges in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise. Local currency amounts shown in the product or on pricing pages are approximate estimates for comparison only.
GST for New Zealand customers
Advertised Presenter Upload prices exclude GST for New Zealand customers. GST is added where required under New Zealand tax rules.
Other taxes
Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for any local taxes, duties, withholding taxes, or similar charges that apply in their country or region.
Conference access period
For new event agreements dated 7 September 2026 onward, operational access runs from 60 days before the event starts until 30 days after it ends. Read-only access continues through day 90 after the event. Recorded legacy and separately agreed terms remain unchanged.
Subscriptions and payment confirmation
Monthly plans, storage add-ons and other paid subscription changes take effect only after Stripe confirms payment or the subscription starts successfully. One-off event credits take effect after the payment is confirmed.
Annual Portfolio
Annual Portfolio costs NZ$6,840 per paid year, excluding GST where applicable, and renews automatically each year until renewal is cancelled in Billing. Each paid year includes eight Standard event credits. Each event covers up to three live days, five rooms, 300 presenters and 75 GB. The allocation totals 2,400 presenter places and 600 GB. A credit is consumed once when an event is activated during the paid year and its operational window. Archiving does not restore credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the paid year. An already funded event keeps its recorded event licence when the annual subscription ends or a renewal payment fails.
Legacy monthly plans
Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Each active conference includes the storage allowance shown for the plan and changing plan changes future subscription access after payment confirmation.
Storage add-ons
Storage add-ons are monthly subscription add-ons for the organisation workspace. They increase the shared storage allowance available across the organisation and do not accumulate month to month.
Cancellation
Cancelling a monthly plan or add-on stops future renewal. Access normally remains available until the paid period ends unless the account is misused, payment is reversed, or a separate agreement says otherwise.
Refunds and billing disputes
Refund requests and billing questions should be raised with support as soon as possible. Refunds, credits or corrections may be handled through Stripe or a written agreement where appropriate.
Presenter files and customer content
Customers are responsible for the files, programme details, presenter information and other content uploaded to Presenter Upload, including having permission to collect, store, share and download that content.
Presenter and event links
Upload portals and event share pages are intended for conference file collection and handover. Customers are responsible for sharing links only with appropriate presenters, organisers, venues, AV teams and authorised event staff.
Public pages and indexing
Marketing and help pages may be publicly indexed. Admin areas, user workspaces, upload portals, event share links and presenter submission pages are not intended for public search indexing.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used to upload unlawful, harmful, malicious, infringing or abusive content, or to interfere with service security, availability or other customers.
Security responsibilities
Customers should keep account access, upload links and event share links secure, remove access when staff change and report suspected misuse or unauthorised access promptly.
File retention and export
Presenter Upload is not a permanent archive. New event agreements provide read-only access through day 90 after the event, with retention notices scheduled for days 60 and 83. Managed cloud data becomes eligible for deletion after day 90, subject to recorded extensions, deletion holds and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Export files your team needs before that date. Your workspace shows the recorded retention dates; legacy agreements retain their existing terms.
Service availability
Presenter Upload aims to provide a reliable service, but conference workflows should keep reasonable backup plans for critical event delivery, internet outages, venue issues and third-party service interruptions.
Third-party services
Payments, email delivery, file storage, Google Drive integrations and similar functions may rely on third-party providers. Their availability and terms can affect how those features operate.
Privacy and personal information
Presenter Upload processes organiser, presenter and workspace information to provide the service. Customers should collect only appropriate event information and tell presenters how their information and files will be used.
Data processing
Presenter Upload may store, process, transmit and back up customer content and personal information as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot and support the service.
Support and account control
Workspace owners and billing managers are responsible for user access, billing changes, link sharing and account settings. Presenter Upload may assist with support, troubleshooting and platform administration where needed.
Changes to these terms
Presenter Upload may update these terms as the product, providers or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
